Payment

Trevi Vintage Design accepts paypal. Item will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Please contact Trevi Vintage Design if you would like to place an item on hold. Our policy is to keep items on hold for up to 5 days at which point if the item is not purchased it will be taken off hold.

Shipping

Due to the wide variety of shapes/sizes of our pieces, we do not use a single service for shipping including FedEx Ground, UShip, and Greyhound Shipping. Please contact Sarah@TreviVintageDesign.com for a quote on shipping and handling. We are happy to provide you with more than one option to meet your individual needs. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping.

Refunds

All sales are final. Items are accurately described to the best of our abilities and customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. Customers may choose the method of shipment and may be responsible for coordinating pickup or drop off of their item depending on the purchase and shipment method. We will make every effort to provide you with all information needed to coordinate shipping.

Discounts

Local buyers in the Denver metro area are encouraged to donate a piece of furniture upon purchase, for which they will receive a 10% discount.  Depending on the item, it will be restored (if needed) and donated to benefit the Champa House.
